Subsequently, experts from the appraisal committee listened carefully to Zhang Kai, director of Hubei Jincheng Chengxin R&D Office, who reported on the UQ-25 underground dump truck project background, research and development necessity, technical difficulties, technological innovation, etc. The expert group carefully reviewed the UQ-25 underground dump truck research report, user usage report, three major parts supply and other relevant identification materials. At the same time, through the understanding of the product’s project background and user usage, from safety, reliability to intelligence analysis; from the configuration of the three major parts to the cooperation of the working principles of the braking system; from the supply of spare parts to the complete machine assembly to complete the breakthrough technical research; from the cooperation of the transmission system, cooling system, electrical system and hydraulic system We questioned many aspects such as innovation points and put forward many valuable constructive opinions and suggestions. After detailed and rigorous discussions, and through on-site video observation of the trial equipment in the Lujiang project department, the appraisal committee unanimously believed that the product is technologically advanced. After 4,464 hours of on-site industrial testing in the mine, a total of 156,240 tons of ore was transported, and the trial effect was good. The overall performance and cooling technology of wet spring brakes have reached the corresponding technical level. The product has obtained the KA certificate certified by the National Safety Standards Center. Through industrial test data and on-site use effect feedback, it can meet the requirements of mine use. It is recommended that problems that arise during the trial process be improved before small batch production is carried out.

Professor Zhou Zhihong, leader of the expert group, said in his concluding speech that the UQ-25 underground dump station developed by Jinxinxin is at the commanding heights where the country has put forward more stringent requirements for mine safety production, applying wet spring braking and cooling technology to mining trucks. The application has erected a solid safety barrier for mine safety.
